Florin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 20 years of experience in project management:
• Completed projects on two continents, four countries and multiple states and provinces.
• Delivered multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Built projects for governmental agencies (tunnels, water treatment plants)
• Completed Supply Chain projects (manufacturing plants, automated warehouses, pharmaceutical and fulfillment centers).
Although projects are different because of scope, cost and schedule, they use similar tools for planning and execution. Some of the priorities managed during projects were:

• Environmental Protection
My collaboration with Eugen started because of his passion for teaching children chess, and commitment to help children build skills that can be used in personal and professional life.
